1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wanpkr website located at wanpkr.bet ("Platform"), including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support features made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with wanpkr ("we", "us", "our"). wanpkr reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including during registration, at the point of withdrawal, or following any flagged account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active wanpkr account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or across different identities — is strictly prohibited. wanpkr employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wanpkr will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify wanpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

wanpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wanpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by wanpkr.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and the payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within the same business day. VIP tier members benefit from priority processing and near-instant withdrawal speeds.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

These terms are published alongside each individual offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wanpkr takes a firm stance on bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games, bet types, or strategies designed to exploit terms rather than play in good faith.
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional structures.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wanpkr platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, cricket and sports betting markets, Plinko, and Monster Mine — operate under their own published game rules. These rules govern bet settlement, payout calculations, and any special features specific to that game or market.

wanpkr sources its casino products from certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

In sports and cricket betting, wanpkr reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of match abandonment, data feed errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Settled bets will not be reopened except where a clear error in settlement is identified and reported within 30 days.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the wanpkr platform:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wanpkr support staff or other platform users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to gain access to restricted features or promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors. Any such bugs must be reported immediately to support. Players found to have exploited a bug will have affected winnings voided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wanpkr platform — including but not limited to the wanpkr name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software code, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of wanpkr or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in any wanpkr intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from wanpkr is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

wanpkr is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes. wanpkr does not sell personal data to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

wanpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wanpkr is not responsible for any interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such events, wanpkr will make reasonable efforts to restore service and to protect the integrity of open betting positions where technically feasible.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by wanpkr

wanpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to wanpkr.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.

In cases of confirmed Terms violation, wanpkr reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is established, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your wanpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

13 Disputes & Complaints

In the event of any dispute, error, or complaint relating to your wanpkr account, game outcomes, or financial transactions, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review.

All complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the event, the relevant game or transaction reference, and a clear description of your complaint.

wanpkr commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and providing a full response within 10 business days. Where an issue requires extended investigation, you will be kept informed of progress. wanpkr's internal decision on any dispute is final subject to the escalation process set out below.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wanpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — wanpkr will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification posted on the Platform or sent to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Article 12.2.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Article 13.

Nothing in this clause shall limit wanpkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect wanpkr's rights or interests.
